Quality Made Easy was founded by Lydia Kluver in 2010. After more than 30 years of experience, working for several employers, she decided to set up a company of her own.
After completing her bachelor studies, Lydia started her career at the University Hospital of Nijmegen as Chemical Analyst in the Laboratory for Endocrinology and Reproduction; there she qualified in the development and execution of immune Assays.
After ten years of work at the University Hospital, Lydia made a career switch to commerce and began working for an American company, Nichols Institute Diagnostics, where she was able to put her knowledge and experience into practice. As Technical Services Supervisor, she provided on-site and on-line support to international customers in the field of equipment and reagents for in Vitro Diagnostics.
When necessary, Lydia and her group carried out intensive troubleshooting on the products; whilst clinical performance studies were set up and supported before market introduction of newly developed products.
Via training and education in several languages, Lydia communicated her knowledge of the complete Nichols product range to international distributors and end-users; also composing the necessary text-books and presentations.
After a further ten years, a second career switch was made, to the Medical Device market. From the year 2000 until 2010, Lydia has been working for several manufacturers of Medical Devices, especially in the range of Urodynamics. At these companies she has successfully set up EN ISO 13485 Quality Management Systems and undertaken the technical documentation necessary for CE marking of these Medical Devices.
Enthusiasm and fascination for Medical Devices and In Vitro Diagnostics gives Lydia a great deal of satisfaction in her work. With pleasure, she communicates her knowledge and broad experience to her customers, and orders are always fulfilled efficiently and successfully, within the requested timeframe.
